Brought up amongst a family of athletes and active individuals, Pragya Khosla has been involved with various factors affecting the Health and Lifestyle of the individual since an early age.
Being a National Swimmer herself with an experience of more than 10 years, she also understands the day to day necessities for a lifestyle which benefits the people the most. Coach Pragya has experience with guiding people with Nutrition Planning, Meditation, Stress, Sports Fitness and Weight Management for over 3 years added to that her certification from Dr Sears Wellness Institute for which she was a Valedictorian makes a combination which covers the aspects necessary to guide an Individual towards a complete Harmony with one self.
She works with her clients to help them build happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of deprivation and strictness. Through a collaborative approach, Pragya can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lasting changes enables you to reach, and more importantly, maintain, your current and future health goals.
Traditional programs are too rigid and focus on calorie-counting or highly structured diets, but those changes are difficult to maintain in real life and do not take into account individual differences or the underlying emotional and cognitive circumstances.
