I took POST COVID RECOVERY sessions from health coach pragya. When i started my oxygen level was 85.
With her constant guidance and sessions including breathing exercises and diet plan, it came became normal i.e 96+
Pragya personally takes care of every single thing required post covid recovery , she monitored my whole routine and prepared sessions and diet chart accordingly. All thanks to her for bringing me back to life.
